How to use Pret homeworks
These homeworks are incredibly versatile.
Most of the homeworks on this website can be edited to suit your needs. There are homeworks suitable for Key Stage 2 up to A level.

Typically you would follow up a Pret homework in class with a spelling, definition or memory test and a discussion about research findings. A template for spelling and memory tests (from @DIRT_expert) is pictured.

Craig Barton shares some ideas on how to use Pret homeworks in this 'Resource of the Week' post and the video below.
The following pictures show examples of work produced by @missradders' students.

Creators and Collaboration
The Pret homework template was invented by Kathryn Forster (@DIRT_expert). The template has since been adopted by other subjects including Science and English. Click here to read a post about the history and success of Pret homeworks.

This website is brought to you by Jo Morgan (@mathsjem) but is a collaborative effort. If you design a homework that you are happy to share please email it to resourceaholic@gmail.com.

Pippa Ashley (@pippashley) has provided a Pret Homework Template to help you create your own.

Please visit resourceaholic.com for maths resource recommendations, teaching ideas and inspiration.

Additional Pret Resources
Deborah Barakat (@MrsMathia) has created a Booklet of Pret Homeworks for the summer holidays.

If you're looking for Takeaway homeworks, @clwatson999 has provided this takeway version of a Pret homework.

Amanda Howard (@HappiestBabyBoy) created these wonderful Pret homeworks. They aren't included in the main sections of this website because they aren't aligned to the UK curriculum - they will be of particular interest to US teachers.
